What you often tell us

"I can't be on every site at the same time."

"I have to document progress for the client every month."

"When there's a dispute, I have no time-stamped visual proof."

"My subcontractors are working from plans that are no longer up to date."

Our process in 3 steps

1

On-site visit

30 minutes to 2 hours depending on the area. Unobtrusive capture. The works carry on.

2

Post-production

Within 24 to 48h. Web optimisation of the 3D model.

3

Delivery by link

Share freely. Can be embedded in your client extranet.

Capturing a site once is good. Capturing it every month is a living archive. Our Capture package was designed to make that recurrence economically viable. It is the most accessible entry point on the market.

Use cases

Monthly site monitoring

A 3D condition report at every visit. A living archive over the whole duration of the works, accessible to your entire team.

Remote inspection

Confined spaces, hazardous zones, unreachable heights. Your client or your team consults without travelling.

Condition report before works

Documentation of the initial state of a property before works, transformation or handover. A time-stamped, enforceable archive.

HSEQ documentation

Dated visual proof of the state of the site for your quality, safety and environment file.

Property valuation

Remote presentation for international buyers or investors. A link replaces the prospecting visit.

Client presentation

Show technical options in 3D before decisions are made. Faster decisions, fewer back-and-forths.

Packages suited to the sector

Frequently asked questions

How long does a capture on a construction site take?
Between 30 minutes and 2 hours depending on the area of the site. A single house under construction: 45 minutes. A 6-storey building: 2 to 3 hours spread over several passes.
Does the site need to stop during the capture?
No. Our passes are unobtrusive. Teams keep working. We adapt to the areas being worked on at the time and go around active zones.
How do I share the model with my team?
Via a simple web link. You send the URL by email or WhatsApp, the recipient opens the model in their browser, with no installation, on desktop or mobile.
What visit frequency do you recommend?
For classic monthly monitoring: one capture a month. For critical phases (structural work, fit-out), a capture every two weeks can make sense. We can step in just before critical phases, just before pouring concrete for example. Our Capture package is calibrated to make that recurrence economically viable.
Can the model be embedded in a client extranet?
Yes. The model is delivered via an embeddable link (iframe). It can be integrated into any existing extranet, client space or project management tool.
Can two captures on different dates be compared?
Yes. Each capture is time-stamped and accessible via its own link. You can open two tabs side by side, or move between the links in your monitoring space. A built-in comparator is available in the Story package.
