Your visitors arrive reassured.
Because they have already seen it.

Whether it is a hospital, a care home, a medical practice, a school or a training centre, letting people discover a place remotely removes the main barrier: the unknown. We capture your spaces in photorealistic 3D and make the visit accessible around the clock from a simple link.

What we often hear

Two sectors, one shared challenge: a physical space whose visit determines future commitment.

"Families hesitate to choose our care home without having seen the rooms in person. Many never come to visit."

"Our open days only reach local families. We can't reach international candidates."

"Our anxious patients ask us the same question before every appointment: what does the room look like?"

"Our campus is magnificent, but our brochures don't show it. We lose enrolments."

+ Healthcare

  • Specialist medical practices

Reducing pre-appointment anxiety in dentistry, radiology or paediatrics. A familiar place before the visit, right up to a playful interactive journey for the youngest.

  • Wellness centres and spas

An immersive sales asset for medical tourism. Sell the atmosphere before the booking.

+ Education

  • Primary and secondary schools

Virtual open days for families and prospective pupils, accessible around the clock.

  • Universities and higher education

International appeal, presentation of facilities and campus without travelling.

  • Boarding schools and residential campuses

A remote tour of the accommodation. Distant families decide with full knowledge.

What you can expect from it

Fewer no-shows

At open days and discovery appointments. Visitors are already qualified.

Better-informed leads

Families, students, patients: they arrive with precise questions, not general doubts.

24/7 accessibility

For distant audiences, those with reduced mobility or in a different time zone.

Real differentiation

Against facilities that only have static photos, your 3D tour creates an immediate advantage.

Packages suited to healthcare and education

Two levels of commitment, depending on your goals.

2

Story package

Editorial content, points of interest, audio or video introductions by a member of your team. Your director presents the spaces. Your nurse explains the reception. The place speaks with your voice.

3

Experience package

Bespoke interactive experiences built into the 3D journey. In paediatrics, for example: the child collects rewards at each step of the care journey. Discovering, reassuring and playing at the same time. An approach designed for the audiences most sensitive to medical anxiety.

First projects underway in 2026

Our first projects in healthcare and education are launching in 2026. We are looking for 2 to 3 pioneer facilities to build the references for the sector. If that is you, let's talk.

Let's discuss your project, no commitment

Frequently asked questions

Is 3DGS suitable for a medical space with confidentiality constraints?
Yes. The capture is carried out without patients present. Sensitive areas (records, identifiable equipment) are excluded from the capture scope or handled in post-production. You define exactly what is visible in the delivered model.
How do we integrate the virtual tour into our admissions journey?
The model is delivered via an embeddable web link. It can be integrated into your website, a welcome email to families, a QR code displayed at the entrance or your digital brochure. No installation required for visitors.
How long does a capture take for a care home or a clinic?
Between 2 and 6 hours depending on the area and the number of zones to cover. For a 30-room care home with common areas, allow a full day, split into two sessions to respect the residents' routine.
Can audio or video commentary be built into the tour?
Yes, as part of the Story package. You can add points of interest with an audio message from your director, an introductory video from a carer, or descriptive cards on the key spaces.
Is the Experience package suitable for a paediatric context?
It is in fact one of the most relevant use cases. A 3D journey through the paediatric ward can include a simple game: the child collects rewards in each space they pass through, waiting room, corridor, consultation room. They discover the hospital by playing before setting foot in it, recognise the places, and arrive less anxious on the day. The Experience package enables this level of interactive personalisation, developed bespoke with your team.
